Orders and quotations
Submitting a cart, quotation or repair request does not create a confirmed sale. Stock, final specifications, taxes, delivery charges and payment terms are confirmed by our team before acceptance.
Prices and payment
Prices may change before an order is confirmed. Any applicable GST, delivery charge or service fee will be communicated before payment. Ownership of products passes after full payment and delivery or collection.
Products, repairs and warranties
Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Manufacturer warranties follow the relevant brand’s terms. Repair timelines are estimates and can change after diagnosis or parts availability. Customers should back up important data before submitting a device; we are not responsible for pre-existing data loss or faults.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or place fraudulent requests.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
